All calls or services cancelled more than 24 hours in advance are subject to a 100% monetary return or a reschedule. Calls that are cancelled less than 24 hours are also subject to a return or reschedule due to extenuating circumstances (such as an accident, emergency or poor mental or physical health).

I only charge for the call basically, as I understand sometimes life gets in the way and I want to build a caring relationship between us. However I do wish my clients respect my time and try their best to cancel in advance.
